At Zux Leather Craft, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to process any return or exchange request.
✅ Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The product must not be damaged by the customer
• The item must be returned with original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
❌ Non-Returnable Items
• Used or damaged products
• Items purchased on clearance or special discount offers
• Customized or personalized products
🔄 Exchange Policy
If you received:
• A wrong item
• A defective product
• A damaged item
We will offer a replacement after verification. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures as proof.
💵 Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash.
• Shipping charges and booking amounts are non-refundable (unless the mistake is from our side).
🚚 Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue is due to our mistake.
